Okay people. I’ve hit a MAJOR milestone! After just a couple months or practicing yoga…I can FINALLY….for the first time in my LIFE….ready for this? Drumroll please?…..touch frickin my toes! Yes! Oh! and might I add…with OUT bending my knees, screaming out in excruciating pain, without people laughing at me and without farting!
Exhale, bring the left foot forward and step into head-to-knee position. (I'm still not right here)
Well, actually the farting part is questionable, but hey….I’m not screaming and farting!
And what’s even better is that I can FINALLY do the Downward Dog pose without looking like I’m doing some kind of crab crawl from gym class.
Exhale and lift from the hips to push back and up. Downward Dog. (Usually the pose where I 'let one loose' - lol)
